The Group provides a range of services including:
- Telephone support service - we can provide support during office hours and in the evenings between 7pm and 10pm.
- One-to-one support - we can provide support either in our office or at another mutually agreed venue.
- Home visits - we also provide one-to-one support in the your own if you do not wish to come into our office, are unable to or, live in areas outwith Glasgow City.
- Hospital visits - we can provide support in hospital visiting by accompanying you to provide support or by going instead to give you a break.
- Counselling - we can offer you the opportunity to receive support through talking with a trained independent counsellor.
- Respite - we offer you the opportunity to recharge their batteries through short breaks in our luxury caravan sited in Seton Sands near Edinburgh.
- Mutual support groups - we can organise a range of mutual support groups for you to meet with others to share experiences and worries.
- Advocacy - we can help to arrange appointments and can also act as advocates in your dealings with welfare rights, social work, housing and health services.
- Stress therapies - we can arrange alternative therapies with independent trained practitioners.
- Information - we research and collate a range of information to help you make informed decisions. We also provide information to the public on HIV-AIDS, bloodborne viruses, testing, safer sex, carers issues, addictions etc.
- Bereavement Support.
